The Casper Police Department and the Casper Community Meth Watch Committee are pleased to be hosting Wyoming's premier conference on substance abuse issues, the 9th Annual Meth and Substance Abuse Conference. Sessions have been designed be invaluable to counselors, law enforcement officers, attorneys, physicians, and anyone else with a personal or professional interest in addressing substance abuse in Wyoming.
